24h available office space
You hold the key! If you are a villager at Startup Village, you will have access to your office 24/7. Pop in and out whenever you please, no hassle with check-ins or registration!
Free community activities
Beat your co-workers at a game of ping-pong or join a workshop! We organize monthly themed drinks and workshops. Villagers are also welcome to many of the events hosted by external parties.
Access to our network
Being a part of Startup Village means access to our network of business coaches and corporate partners, connecting you with other startups and tech & science talent. Don’t be afraid to ask for introductions, we will put you in touch!
Free use of unused rooms
Need a last-minute work space? We got you covered. Villagers get free access to any unused meeting rooms (see: bookings page). Available rooms can be reserved for free 24h ahead of time or on the same day. Check with our team for availability. Our meeting room ‘Matchbox’, is always free of charge for our villagers.
Free access to our co-working space
Meet other creative minds at our co-working space. The co-working space is open daily (Mon-Fri) from 09:00-16:30. It is home to Traiteur TED where you can get your caffeine fix or a delicious lunch. All villagers get their own key to the co-working space for 24/7 access.
Discounted use of our spaces
It pays to be a villager. If you rent at Startup Village you get a 20% discount on bookings for all of our event and meeting spaces. Check out our spaces on the Spaces page.
Free garbage disposal
We like to keep it clean. We have a garbage collection point where we separate paper, plastic and other waste. The containers are emptied on a scheduled basis.
Parking for villagers & guests
There are several paid parking lots at Amsterdam Science Park with one right next door to Startup Village (P7). This is a municipal parking lot with 24/7 access. Check rates on the Gemeente Amsterdam website. Or take a train or bus right to our door!
Free furniture
Starting a business isn't cheap. That's why we help you to get free second handed furniture via our partners. You will everything you need to focus on your work from day one!
Access to bike rentals
Environment-friendly and fun! We collaborate with URBEE e-bikes. Get your subscription and get to your appointments by bike! We have 4 bikes available at Startup Village. First come, first serve.
Outdoor working space
For the sunny days we have plenty of outdoor spots. We have wooden benches in the sun all over Startup Village. On sunny days you can stay outside and find cover below the big tent that we set up every year.
Secure high-speed internet
Fast internet courtesy of one of Europe’s largest data hubs. All our offices are equipped with a password protected router. Our community spaces are connected to the open Amsterdam Science Park Wi-Fi network.
Phone booths
Quiet spaces to make a call. Our phone booths offer a private space to make a phone call without being interrupted. No reservations needed, you can simply just walk-in and make your call.
Pet friendly
At Startup Village, every day is bring your dog to work day. We are a pet friendly work space and we love it when villagers bring their pets! We believe pets add to overall happiness and work satisfaction.
Inspiring community
You’ll feel at home right away. Our laid-back community consists over 35 startups in the field of innovative science and technology. We offer regular drinks and workshops to help our villagers get connected.
Color printer
For all your old-fashioned printing needs. Can be used free of charge by our community. Please use it wisely and be aware of the environment. Our printer is stationed in the co-working space, open 09:00-16:30 on weekdays (villagers can access 24/7 with own key).
Access to bike pumps
No need to cycle around with a flat tire. We have a bike pump at hand and a repair station with all the tools you need for a tune up.
Tools
At our office we have tools to fix big or small things in your office. Tidy up your office? Borrow our vacuum cleaner. But we can also hook you up with our cleaner.
