How to install

Printer Name: HP Color LaserJet MFP M680

Add printer on a Mac*

1. Select System Preferences from the Apple menu

2. Double click on Printers & Scanners

3. In the Printers & Scanners window, click on the plus sign button: +

4. Click on the IP tab in the Print Browser window a) Set Protocol to HP Jetdirect - Socket b) For Address, enter the IP address of the printer: 10.70.10.251

5. Wait till the printer name is found under Use: “HP Color LaserJet MFP M680”

6. Click Add. The lab printer will be added to your list of printers

7. Done :)

Add printer on a Windows*

1. Type printers in the windows search box

2. Click on Printers and scanners

3. Select Add a printer or scanner

4. Wait for a list of printers to show up and below it will be the text The printer that I want isn't listed*. Click on that text*

5. Select Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname, then select Next a) Select TCP/IP Device in the "Device type" list b) Type the IP address of the printer: 10.70.10.251, then select Next

6. Wait till the printer name is found “HP Color LaserJet MFP M680”

7. Click Add

8. Done :)

*Notice: Be aware that you cannot setup the printer and/or print using the open Wi-Fi. You can only do it using your own office Wi-Fi. Please print on both sides to save paper
